At Serboi, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means your order goes into production as soon as it's placed — allowing us to deliver premium heritage pieces without holding excess inventory.
Processing Time
All our products are made to order and fulfilled worldwide. Production typically takes 1-3 business days before your order is dispatched. Depending on the product and production partner some orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 AUD. For orders under $80, flat-rate shipping applies based on your region:

- United States — $4.49 USD (Express available at $11.99 USD)
- Europe — $4.79 USD
- United Kingdom — $4.39 USD
- Canada — $6.99 USD
- Japan — $4.75 USD
- Brazil — $11.99 USD

- Rest of World — $11.99 USD
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us.
